About Brokernomy
Brokernomy is web-based bookkeeping software for people in the business of real estate: licensed agents, investors who flip houses, owners of rental property, and property managers. Each plan opens the tools for one line of work, and the tools for a second line of work can be added to it.
What does it do?
Agent plan
Best if your income is commissions. Track every closing, your expenses, your dues and your mileage in one place.
Investor plan
Best if you flip houses. Keep every cost on the house it belongs to, from the purchase to the sale.
Rental owner plan
Best if you run your own rentals. See who rents what, who owes rent, and what each property brings in and costs.
Property manager plan
Best if you manage rentals for other people. Keep each owner's money apart, charge each fee once, and see what your own company makes.
What does it not do?
Brokernomy keeps and adds up records. It does not give tax, accounting or legal advice: take your figures to your CPA.
It does not hold, receive or move money. It is not a bank, a trust account or an escrow service.
Apart from a calendar feed you can add to your own calendar, it does not connect to any outside system. Statements and receipts are uploaded by you.
What happens to your records?
Every subscriber signs in with two steps. Your card is entered on Stripe's payment page, not on ours. Stripe handles the payment, and Brokernomy never sees or keeps your card number.
You can download your records or delete your account at any time. We do not sell your data. Ever.
The details are in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Who runs it?
